Orders and Shipping
We aim to ship all orders received before 3PM on the same day. Orders received in the afternoon or evening will be shipped on the following business day.
Generally, orders delivered within the UK arrive within one to two days.
International orders can take a bit longer, so it’s best to allow 5 – 10 working days delivery time before you make any big plans for your purchases.
You can check in on your order at any time by checking the tracking number provided (when shipping + tracking is chosen at checkout).
All orders within the UK receive FREE tracked shipping if the total value is over £30. You’ll also have a range of other options from £4.80 to £12, for things such as next day delivery and weekend delivery.
All UK-based orders under £30 will have options from £4.80 to £12.
International Shipping is free for orders over £80, or a flat-rate of £8 if less.
Of course! We always maintain complete discretion at all stages.
We send our packages in plain brown cardboard boxes or courier bags, with no logos or descriptions.
Our return address and international customs declaration forms are equally discreet.
If you need to change your shipping address on an order that’s already been placed, please contact us ASAP.
Unfortunately we can’t change the addresses on any orders that have already left our warehouse.
If you choose a shipping with tracking, your tracking number & link will be emailed to you, and available through the Orders page, under My Account.
We also offer shipping without tracking, but we generally recommend tracking so we can follow up if anything happens to it.
We offer a range of online payment options, including Paypal and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX).
Our payments are run through trusted third-party payment providers Paypal and Stripe. You’ll be offered a choice of payment method on checkout.
Unfortunately we don’t accept payments by cash, cheque, or bank transfer.
Only if you want us to! The option is given to you on checkout, and if you don’t tick the box we won’t store your details.
All Credit Card details are transmitted and stored securely, directly to our payment processor, and we never see them. We only get a few details such as the last four digits and the expiry date, to allow us to look the transaction up in the case of refunds etc.
Yes, all sales within the UK are subject to VAT. VAT is included in our prices.
All international sales are exempt. This will be calculated at checkout.
Currently we ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Spain, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
Yes we will send your items altogether, unless one happens to run out of stock between you ordering it and us sending it. Which is unlikely, or systems are pretty good… but worth a mention.
At this stage, our website doesn’t allow for that, however it’s a feature we’re hoping to have developed in the next few months.
In the meantime, just get in touch and we’ll arrange the pre-order for you.
We receive new products from our suppliers every week, so chances are your product will be back in stock next week. If you’d like to pre-order it, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to arrange that.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days, provided the goods are unused, and still in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Due to the nature of the products, unfortunately we can’t accept returns of any opened or used items.

We’re so sorry! Those darned couriers, throwing packages about willy-nilly. Please just contact us and we’ll arrange the replacement of your order.

Just contact us via our contact page, or by return email to any of the messages we’ve already sent you.
Please contact us ASAP! We’ll try to get in touch with the courier anyway and arrange to have the parcel redirected. There may be a small redirection-fee.
Unfortunately you can’t cancel any orders online after they’ve been submitted, but if you change your mind please contact us. If we’re able to cancel the order before it leaves the warehouse, we will be able to offer you a full refund. If the order has already left the warehouse, you can return the items as long as they’re unopened. Just fill out a returns form, and when your order gets to you, send it on back! We’ll process your refund (minus the shipping fee) once it’s made its way back to us. For more details, check out our Returns Policy
